All US orders are shipped via USPS from our shipping location in Santa Ana, CA. The typical transit time for orders is 1-5 working days for mainland US States, depending on your proximity to our shipping location.
You will receive an email notification confirming your order, followed by a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched. We process orders for delivery on working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Our goal is to ship all orders within one business day.
We offer free shipping to mainland US States for orders with a cart value of $50 or more. For orders below this value, an additional $8 shipping charge will apply.
Typical transit is approx 7 working days to Canada from the date of dispatch.
All Canadian orders are shipped from Santa Ana, CA and may be subject to a duties charge upon arrival in Canada. WooWoo are not responsible for any customs duties incurred.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. You are required to arrange and pay for the postage of any returned goods.
To arrange a return, please contact email@example.com, and we will advise you on how to get your product back to us. Once we receive your returned goods, we will issue a refund, if appropriate, for the full value of your purchases. The refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. It may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature. Please ensure returned goods are stored safely, as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
DEFECTS, INCOMPLETE ORDERS OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
If you are returning goods due to defects, an incomplete order, or incorrect delivery, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) or send you a replacement with free delivery.
